Opening Times
Open for Business:- Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 6.00pm (Closed 1pm-2pm)
Saturday - 8.00am to 1.00pm
Closed on Sundays and all Bank Holidays

Method of Payment
The methods of payment acceptable to PRESTIGE PERFORMANCE LTD are displayed in the Service Reception Area and include the following:- Cash, Cheques with accompanying cheque guarantee card, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.
Cheques are only accepted to the card limit, i.e £50.00, £100.00 or £250.00
We Do Not Accept American Express, Diners Cards and Euro Cheques.
Extended Credit is only an option open to Companies who have completed our Credit Application Form and that we are happy with the references (replied) they have given to whom we would write to.

Labour and Parts Warranty
We undertake to warranty all our labour for a minimum period of three months or 3,000 miles whichever is the sooner.
Parts, on the other hand are covered by Manufacturers Warranty for periods upto life. Any failure of these parts, would be happy to make a claim on your behalf.

Vehicle Collection and Delivery
We would normally undertake to collect and deliver vehicles locally for any reason Free of Charge. We also can arrange transport to and from St Albans Train Station.

Loan Cars
Loan cars are available, but is safer to book in advance to avoid disappointment on the day of the work being carried out. Please put unleaded petrol that is used back into the fuel tank. Any speeding / parking fines etc are payed for by the operator.

Costing and Pricing Policy
Labour times will be obtained from the ICME Manual and our Labour rate is currently £70.00 per hour. This is subject to change at any such time. If the vehicle or job in question does not appear in the book, actual time taken will be charged for.

Parts
Parts are charged out at the normal retail value, any carriage to get parts to PRESTIGE PERFORMANCE LTD alot quicker, or Special Orders at the customer's request, is to be passed onto the customer.

M.O.T
M.O.T Tests are charged out at full rate.

Vehicle Road Test Routes
Out of drive turn right into Hatfield Road to second roundabout, then second exit into Beechwood Avenue to traffic lights, turn left into Sandpit Lane to roundabout, turn left into Clarence Road to traffic lights, turn left into Hatfield Road, then right into drive.
At times Harlesden Road, Brampton Road and Sandfield Road are used for vehicle noises etc. The A405(dual Carriageway) is used for speeds upto 70mph tests.

Vehicle Protection
Seat covers, wing covers and floor mats are used in every vehicle.

Car Clean Policy
All cars that are serviced will get hoovered inside, handwashed and leathered off.
